Group classes are led by our fully qualified coaches and resident professional boxers. Classes include bag and pad work, HIIT (high-intensity interval training), boxing circuits, and strength and conditioning.
One to one sessions are also available if you prefer a fully tailored approach..
Your assigned coach will work with you and keep you motivated to ensure you meet your fitness goals, be it weight loss, muscle gain or training towards a competition. You will receive a bespoke, structured training programme based around your specific needs to help you realise your utmost potential.
